I invite you to make an appointment by phone or email to view all stationery in person. White on White has a large collection of albums showcasing stationery and invitations for every occasion. There are so many color and paper selections which simply must be seen in person to be appreciated. Flexible appointment times, day, evening, and weekend are available. If you are unable to visit us in Sherborn, I will gladly bring a selection of albums to you.
In an ideal world I would always be sitting down with a customer to take the order and go over the order details face to face. However the internet has facilitated working with customers across distances and time zones. I am happy to work with you over phone (508) 653-7889 and email. All wording must be submitted either by fax (508) 319-3030 or email to orders@whiteonwhiteevents.com.
A proof is required for all orders placed. Proof costs range from $10 to $30 per order depending on the stationery line. A proof is insurance for you against mistakes, human and those done by the printer. If a proof was correct, but the printed product incorrect, the printer will correct the mistake at their expense. A black & white faxed or pdf emailed proof takes between 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is submitted.
EFFECTIVELY PROOF-READING
When you are making an important decision, submitting copy, typing
addresses, and especially when reviewing your proofs, it is of utmost
importance to do it slowly, deliberately and carefully. A majority of
the mistakes we see occur when clients are rushing, distracted and
harried.
The following are guidelines to proofing effectively. We suggest that
you use all of them on each proof.
1. Check separately all spelling, addresses, names and punctuation.
2. Use a ruler to read each line.
3. Read backwards.
4. Ask someone to read aloud to you.
5. Ask at least two other people, one who is familiar with your event,
and another who is not, to help you proof read.
White on
White accepts personal checks and proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover.
Orders being shipped to White on White require a 50% deposit with the
balance due upon receipt of stationery product. For all purchases
shipping directly to the customer, payment is due in full upon placement
of your order.
